Since this is your first order, you may not have a Brita Wash laundry bag yet. Simply place your laundry in any bag or basket and book online or by phone. When we deliver your cleaned laundry, you’ll receive your personal Brita Wash bag for future use. An invoice will be sent via email or with your delivery. Feel free to use our website anytime to place your next order.
Q. What are your pickup and delivery hours?
Our pickup and delivery service runs Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM for laundry, cleaning, and ironing. For business customers, we offer flexible scheduling tailored to your needs. Contact us at 0406 705 677 to arrange a pickup and delivery time that suits your business.
Q. How much does laundry cleaning cost?
Our pricing is simple:

Yes! We cover all Melbourne areas and gladly pick up and deliver laundry directly at your workplace.
Q. Do you offer pickup and delivery at hotels?
Absolutely! Our service includes hotels across Melbourne. Leave your laundry bag labeled with your name and room number at the hotel concierge. Our drivers will pick it up and return it clean and folded to the concierge for your convenience.

Yes, we offer high-quality linen sets including sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels (face, hand, bath), bath mats, and tea towels. All linen is owned and maintained by Brita Wash. For quotes or more info, call us at 0406 705 677.

Q. What if my laundry doesn’t fit in one bag?
No worries — we can provide additional bags as needed. You only pay for the laundry items we clean.
Q. Do I need to be home for pickup and delivery?
No, you don’t need to be present. You can leave instructions or gate codes in the order notes. We’re happy to coordinate access arrangements—just contact us to discuss.
Q. What if there’s an issue with my order?

Q. When will my laundry be ready?
Standard turnaround is in 24h. If you need your laundry urgently, we offer same-day service for $8 per kilogram.
Q. Can I use my own bag when placing an order?
Yes, if you don’t yet have a Brita Wash bag, you can use your own. After your first order, we provide our branded bags which we kindly ask you to use for future bookings.
